Liturgical ministries are all those activities associated with the smooth running of the Church's liturgy.
We need altar servers for all our Masses. We also need someone to coordinate the servers and a Master of Ceremonies to train them.
We need people willing to be trained and to join a rota for proclaiming the Liturgy of the Word at Mass and for reading the Bidding Prayers.
We need sacristans to set up for Mass and to look after the altar linens.
We need people who would be willing to be trained and commissioned by the bishop to help with administering Holy Communion both at Mass and to the housebound.
We need musicians and singers to join and enrich our music at St Elizabeth's. We have both traditional and contemporary styles of music in the parish.
